All still photos on this
site have been extensively processed in Adobe Photoshop to increase
dynamic range. Individual retouching that is extensive needs to be
requested on a photo by photo basis and generally will be executed at no
additional charge. Please e-mail us your requests. If additional fees
are required we will contact you for approval first.
TheMLS Listing Page
On TheMLS listing page there are two functions that our website and
its images provide source material for. The "Additional Photos" link can be
filled with up to fifty medium-resolution images from our download
section. And all the medium-resolution files can be downloaded and saved
to your computer in a single download through the "www.yourwebsite.com/download/collections/medium.zip"
link.

to provide to anybody setting up the listing in TheMLS so that they can direct users to the MLS-compliant page
(this page cannot have any
contact information).

The Medium Resolution Single Compressed

This file once downloaded to your computer should be put into a
folder of its own. Then right-clicking the file and choosing the
"Extract" command will enable you to view all the
medium-resolution as thumbnails which can be scrolled through in
whichever default image viewing application is present on your computer.
The Flash Presentation Editing Section

This section provides the tools needed to make changes to the Flash
presentation. By reviewing the still photos as well as the position they
are placed in you will be able to notify us of any changes you'd like to
make. Just forward a list of the images you'd like deleted or
repositioned and the changes will be made the same day.
The Statistics for Your Website
Both the main page and the MLS page have hit counters that keep
track of how many time your Flash presentations have been viewed. Add
the two together for the grand total.
Linking to Your Personal Website
If you want a link to your personal website just e-mail us and we
will link the main page text as needed.
The Copyright Notice
The copyright notice is included on every page of the website so
that anybody considering using any of the images have a way to contact
somebody for permission first. All the photographs as well as the
website itself are not available for publication, copying or any use
whatsoever unless permission is obtained from the photographer, the real
estate agent and the owner of the property.
